You can also use a third-party app such as Band, Slack or a Facebook closed group to communicate. This must be an online link. If you don't have this set-up right now, you can contact customer care
and have them add it later. Your group will not be posted to the website until you have added a way to communicate with your group and those interested in attending your group.
